The annual election of board members of Lindo Mar Adventure Club, Ltd. will be held by mail-in ballot between April 16, 2010 and May 14, 2010. If you would like to run for election to the board and you meet the requirements* set by the board of directors, you may submit a nomination form in the following ways:

REQUESTS for nomination forms must be RECEIVED by Trading Places NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2010.

* Candidates must be Club members in good standing at the time of nomination, election, and board service; must be insurable under the Club’s Directors and Officers Liability policy; must meet the standards for bonding as required by the Club’s insurance carrier; and must never have been convicted of a felony.
